Product Return Process
Step 1
Fill out and Submit the Product Return Request Form down below
Step 2
Receive an email confirming that we have received your submission
Step 3
Receive an email 1-2 business days after your submission, approving or rejecting the return request.
Step 4
Return the package in its undamaged, original packaging with the prepaid shipping labels included in the Approved Product Request Return.
Step 5
Within 10 business days following the return of your package, receive your refund in the form of the original payment

Receive an email confirmation for your Product Return Request Form
Following your submission of the Product Return Request Form, you will receive an e-mail confirmation letting you know that our team has received and will begin processing your request for a product return. If you haven't received an email confirmation within 10 minutes following your form submission, click here.
Step 3
Receive an email approving or rejecting your product return request
Following 1-2 business days after your form submission, you will receive an email that may indicate the approval of your product return request, in which you will receive prepaid shipping labels to return your package to the designated return address, among further details regarding the order refund. On the other hand, you may receive an email indicating the rejection of your product return request. Click here to learn why your product return request may have been rejected. Step 4
Return the package
We require that the package is returned in its original and undamaged packaging with the provided prepaid shipping label. Product returns not following these conditions will be returned to the sender. Click here to learn more about our product return guidelines.
Step 5
Receiving your refund
Within 10 business days following the return of your package, you will receive your refund in the form of the original payment. In the rare scenario that your refund has not been processed within our ordinary 10-business-day timeline, you will receive an email specifying the estimated processing date for your refund.
