Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Clean Planet Solutions! We take pride in providing high-quality eco-friendly products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchases.

We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or arrive damaged. To initiate a return, please read our comprehensive Return Policy before submitting a Product Return Request Form. The form is accessible through the link provided on our website, and we ask that you provide the following information when filling it out:

  • Your first and last name

  • The email address used to place the order

  • The item you wish to return, selected from the dropdown list

  • The order number

  • A detailed description of the exact issue with your order

  • Relevant photos of the product that support your description of the issue

Please note that we will not process Product Return Request Forms submitted without applicable product photos. Once you have submitted the form, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your submission.

We will review your request within two business days and notify you whether your return has been approved or denied. If approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original and undamaged packaging.

Product Return Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the product's delivery. All return packages should be addressed to Clean Planet Solutions Returns and sent to 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273. This address should be used only for product returns.

Products not appearing in the dropdown menu when filling a Product Request Form will not be accepted for product returns. For sanitary reasons, personal care items, underwear, skin care products, face masks, and biodegradable items will not be accepted for return and are only available for final sale. Products not arriving in the original or damaged packaging will not be accepted as a product return and will be returned to the sender. Products returned without approval for the product return will be returned to the sender.

Product return requests made for products without any defects or damages will be denied for product returns. Product return requests to change the clothing size of an ordered product will also be denied for product returns unless the clothing size of the product delivered varies from what you ordered.

If your package has not arrived after three days following the original delivery date, please submit a Missing Order Claim no later than 14 days after the original delivery date. If the issue comes from our end, we will gladly cover the costs and ship a replacement to you as soon as possible. However, if the tracking information from our operation centers and processes indicates that the product was delivered and you state that you still haven't received it, we have to assume that the package was stolen. Unfortunately, this scenario is out of our control, and we can't take responsibility for this occurrence. As a result, we cannot ship you a replacement for this scenario.

If specific products arrive damaged, we will gladly send you a replacement as long as the conditions established for products eligible for product returns are followed. Items will be refunded to the original form of payment and may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank, the supplier of the product ordered, and the volume of requests being processed by our support team. Please note that any applicable shipping costs for your original order will not be refunded.
